Abstract
The aim of article 6 of the Nursing Bylaw is to restrict liability of a nurse because of the injury occurred in patient by virtue of the instructions given by the doctors themselves. The purpose of this study is to reveal the disciplinary nad indemnity responsibility of the nurse as a public servant against regulation in article 6/d of the said bylaw.
Özet
Hemşirelik Yönetmeliği'nin 6/d maddesi ile hemşirelerin hekimlerden aldıkları direktifler karşısında hastada meydana gelen zararlardan sorumlulukları sınırlanmak istenmiştir. Biz bu çalışmada idare hukuku açısından kamu görevlisi hemşirelerin bu düzenleme karşısında disiplin ve tazminat sorumluluğunu yorumladık.
