Abstract
In order to suggest a system or a procedure which enables not to make mistakes; questioning the basic concepts in every medical intervention and in deciding the legal judgement in indemnity cases like giving information and taking consent, indication, complication and the management of complication seem very useful.

Yasal olarak hata yapmamayı öneren bir sistem veya yöntem belirle- mek açısından; her tür tıbbi uygulamada, tazminat davalarında hukuka uy- gunluğun tespitine dair temel unsurlar; aydınlatma ve rıza, endikasyon, komplikasyon ve komplikasyon yönetimi olarak karşımıza çıkmakla ilgili kavramların sorgulanması yarar sağlayacaktır.
