Abstract

The text deals with the horizontal division of labor in modern medicine. This is today so complex that all the medical people have to work together as a team. In this team criminal liability issues may arise. In particular, it is shown that the principle of legitimate expectations restricts the offense. A doctors may therefore rely on certain conditions on the nurses and vice versa.
