ETHICAL AND MEDICAL MALPRACTICS IN MEDICAL PRACTICE

Abstract

The notion of Ethics, which means "traditions" and comes from Greek "Ethos", traces to ancient periods within the perspective of its place in the practice of medicine. It is highly important to establish ethical committees in order to solve the problems confronted in medicine which are inherently complicating and can come to an end with the loss of lives. Ethical committees are established in different countries of the World for different purposes. In our country, medical ethics which has begun to be entreated to law cases in recent years particularly, have accelerated studies that prevent these ethical violations.

Özet

Yunanca Ethos kelimesinden gelen ve gelenekler anlamı olan etik kavramının tıp uygulamalarında yeri çok eskilere dayanmaktadır. Tıpta karşılaşılan, doğası gereği oldukça karmaşık ve sonuçları can kaybına varabilen sorunların çözümü için etik kurulların kurulması oldukça önemlidir. Dünyada farklı ülkelerde farklı nedenlerle etik kurullar oluşturulmuştur. Ülkemizde tıp etiği özellikle son yıllarda hukuk davalarına konu edilmeye başlanmış olup, bu etik ihlallerin engellenmesi yönünde çalışmalara hız kazandırmıştır.
