Abstract

Even before the Covid 19 vaccines were developed, the ethical, so- cial, economical and legal aspects of vaccination triggered a worldwide discussions. This article aims to give some answers to the following ove- rarching legal questions concerning vaccination: Which human rights can be violated in case of a mandatory vaccination? What could be the legal responsibilities of the vaccine producers, authorising institutions, distributors, medical institutions, medical personnel and others involved in the process in case of a serious side effects of a Covid 19 vaccine?

Daha Covid 19 aşısı keşfedilmeden, aşılamanın ahlaki, sosyal, ekonomik ve hukuki boyutları dünya çapında tartışılmaya başlanmıştı. Bu makale takip eden iki temel hukuki soruya cevap vermeyi amaçla- maktadır: Bir, zorunlu aşı uygulaması ile hangi insan haklarının ihlali söz konusu olabilecektir? İki, Covid 19 aşısının ciddi yan etkileri olması halinde aşı üreticilerinin, onay kurumlarının, dağıtıcıların, sağlık kurum- larının, sağlık personelinin ve sürece dahil olan diğer kişi ve kurumları- nın hukuki sorumluluğu ne olacaktır?
