Abstract

Although blended fabrics, produced for to get easy care properties and to decrease cost, satisfy the customer demonands, fabrics produced for to get easy care properties and to decrease cost, satisfy the customer demands, increased process steps and costs distress the textile finishing mills. Combining the process steps brings up great advantages to the produces especially in todays competitive market challenge, MNT (mononicotinatetriazine) reactive dyes which are obtained by the substitution of the chlorine of the treazine ring with nicolinic acid in MCT (monochlorotriazine) reactive dyes enables to dye polyester/cotton blends in one bath with its ability to dye cotton at neutral bath and its resistance to high temperatures.

Özet

Kolay kullanım özelliklen sağlama ve maliyeti düşürme amacıyla üretilen karışım kumaşlar tüketici tarafında memnuniyet sağlamasına rağmen, artan işlem basamakları ve maliyetler nedeniyle üreticileri zor durumda bırakmaktadır. Özellikle günümüz rekabetçi pazarında işlem basamaklarının birleştirilmesi üreticilere önemli avantajlar sağlamaktadır. MTC (monoklortriazin) reaktif gruptu boyarmaddelerdeki tek klor grubu yerine bir nikotinad grubu eklenerek elde edilen MNT (mononikolinattriazin) boyaların pamuğu nötr pH 'larda boyayabilmesi, poliester/pamuk karışımlarının tek banyo tek adımda boyanmasında yeni ufuklar açmıştır.
