Sakarya İlinde Fındık Üretim Maliyetik

Abstract

ln terms of agricultural economics, hazelnut is very important to employ active population of the farms, to evaluate effectively the equity capitals, to provide raw material to industry based on agriculture and product with high added value, as well. In this study, the aim ofthe study is to determine the factors affecting the hazelnut production cost and to calculate the hazelnut production cost in Sakarya. In the study, the data was obtained from 152 farms producing the hazelnuts in districts of Sakarya. The results ofthe study showed that the land and nut orchard per the farm were 37,2 and 12,13 da. On the other hand, the average facility cost ofthe hazelnut orchards was 1436.78 =Eı/da, and its annual depreciation calculated as 23,95 =b/da. These results ofthe study indicated that while the production cost was 714,27 13/da, the production cost ofthe hazelnut per kg was also 5,044 96.

Özet: Fındık öz kaynakların değerlendirilmesinde, istihdam yaratmada, diğer sanayi dallarına hammadde sağlamada kullanılabilen, katma değeri yüksek bir ürün olup, tarım ekonomisi açısından çok önemlidir. SarumluYazar Çalışmada Sakarya ilinde fındık üretiminde maliyet unsurlarının belirlenmesi ve fındık maliyeti hesaplanması Vedat DAĞDEMR amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada Sakarya İlinin ilçesinde fındık üretimi yapan 152 adet tarım işletmesinde anket vedatdagdemir©gmailcom yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları arazi varlığı 37,2 da, fındık bahçesi büyüklüğü 12,13 da olduğunu göstermiştir. Diğer taraftan, fındık işletmelerinde işletmelerin ortalama tesis masrafı 1436,78 fı/da, tesis amortisman payı Geliş Tarihi: 14.02.2017 23,95 =b/da olarak hesaplanmıştır. Dekara üretim masrafı 714,27 96 iken kilogram fındık üretim maliyetinin Kabul Tarihi: 20. 03. 201 5,044 =Eı/kg olduğu belirlenmişti
