Abstract
In this study, the influence of round wood storage, cooking, and peeling temperature on surface roughness of peeled Douglas-fir veneers is under investigation. The parameters expected to be affecting the surface roughness are varied prior to veneer production, and surface roughness is mechanically measured on small veneer samples.
Özet
Bu araştırmada, Douglas göknarından (Douglas fir) elde edilen soyma kaplama levhalarında, tomruk halde depolamanın, pişirmenin ve soyma sıcaklığının kaplamanın yüzey pürüzlülüğü üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Burada yüzey pürüzlülüğünü etkilediği varsayılan paremetrelerin oldukça değişken olduğu düşünülerek yüzey pürüzlülüğü, küçük kaplama örnekleri üzerinde mekanik olarak ölçülmüştür.
