Abstract

The aim of this study is to compare and integrate the works between the regions that are carried out in order to determine technology use levels of primary school inspectors working in the Southeastern and Black Sea Regions. The literature and existing studies on this issue have been reviewed. At the stage of reviewing the existing studies, the technology use levels of primary school inspectors working in the Southeastern and Black Sea Regions and whether these levels differ according to gender, having been trained on instructional technologies, age, specialty and educational level were compared the regions. Almost all cities in the Southeastern and Black Sea Regions (except one city from the Southeastern Anatolia and two cities from the Black Sea Region) are among the first-priority development cities. While this study provides insights on technology use levels of inspectors working in the Southeastern Anatolia and Black Sea Regions, it also describes the situation in 48 percent of the first-priority development cities in Turkey. A total of 531 inspectors - 214 from the Southeastern Anatolia Region and 317 from the Black Sea Region- have participated in the reviewed researches. Findings obtained from the reviewed researches were obtained from universes without determining any sample. It has been determined that technology use levels do not differ in both regions according to gender and specialty, and differ according to having been trained on instructional technologies, age and educational level. It has also been determined that taking instructional technology training increases the technology use level, the technology use level falls as age increases, and the technology use level rises as educational level increases.

Özet

Çalısmanın amacı Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi ve Karadeniz Bölgesinde görev yapan ilköğretim müfettislerinin teknoloji kullanım düzeylerinin belirlenmesi çalısmalarının bölgelerarası düzeyde karsılastırılması ve bütünlestirilmesidir. Konu ile ilgili literatür ve yapılmıs arastırmalar incelenmistir. Yapılmıs arastırmaların incelenmesi asamasında Güneydoğu Anadolu ve Karadeniz Bölgesinde görev yapan Đlköğretim müfettislerinin teknoloji kullanım düzeyleri ve kullanım düzeylerinin; cinsiyet, eğitim teknolojisi alanında eğitim alma, yas, brans ve öğrenim durumlarına göre değisip değismediği bölgeler bazında karsılastırılmıstır. Güneydoğu Anadolu ve Karadeniz Bölgesi illerinin tamamına yakını (Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesinden 1, Karadeniz Bölgesinden 2 il dısında) kalkınmada 1. öncelikli iller kapsamındadır. Yapılan çalısma Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi ve Karadeniz Bölgesinde görev yapan müfettislerin teknoloji kullanma düzeyleri hakkında bilgi verirken aynı zamanda tüm Türkiye' deki 1. dereceden kalkınmada öncelikli illerin %48' inin de durumunu betimlemektedir. Đncelenen arastırmalara Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgesinden 214, Karadeniz bölgesinden 317, toplam 531 müfettis katılmıstır. Đncelenen arastırmalardan elde edilen bulgular arastırma evrenlerinden elde edilmistir, örneklem alınmamıstır. Her iki bölgede de teknoloji kullanım düzeylerinin cinsiyet ve brans alanlarına göre değismezken, eğitim teknolojisi dersi alma, yas ve öğrenim durumlarına göre değistiği tespit edilmistir. Ayrıca her iki bölgede eğitim teknolojisi dersi almanın teknoloji kullanım düzeyini arttırdığı, yas yükseldikçe teknoloji kullanım düzeyinin düstüğü, eğitim düzeyi yükseldikçe teknoloji kullanım düzeyinin yükseldiği gibi sonuçlara ulasılmıstır.
