Political Turbulance: All That is Political Melts Into Air

Abstract

Every political system is in need of having positive relationships with its own citizens. Especially in democratic systems, stability and performance of the system depends on this relationship. When an idea about their demands and needs have not taken into account by the political system has occured in citizens' mind then, it probably put the system-individual relations in danger. Such a non-integrational situation might lead to serious problems such as anomie and alienation. Thus, in this study the view of citizens about the elements and performance of the system is tried to be determined in the framework of field research. According to data obtained, a "distrustfull" situation which is considered as one of the reflections for anomie and alienation has been observed in conceptual, institutional and political actors dimensions.

Özet

Her siyasal sistem vatandaşlarıyla olumlu ilişkiler kurmak ihtiyacındadır. Özellikle demokratik sistemlerde sistemin istikran ve işleyişi buna bağlıdır. Vatandaşlarda talep ve ihtiyaçlarının siyasal sistem tarafından dikkate alınmadığı ve sistemin iyi işlemediği düşüncesinin gelişmesi, birey-sistem bütünleşmesini tehlikeye sokabilir. Söz konusu bütünle f (e) meme durumu; anomi ve yabancılaşma gibi ciddi problemlere yol açabilir. Bu, sebeple, çalışmada vatandaşların sistemin unsur ve işleyişine ilişkin görüşleri, alan araştırması çerçevesinde tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre, kavramsal, kurumsal ve siyasal aktör boyutlarında anomi ve yabancılaşma eğilimleri arasında sayılan "güvensizlik" durumu belirlenmiştir.
