The Function of Being Informed of Administration in Educational Organizations

Abstract

The question of what the principals who work in educational organizations think about the tasks and obstacles, which are functions of being informed and entrusting with a task forms the problem area of the research. The level of the realization of the tasks about the function of giving information have been investigated depending on the views of .the principals who work in universities and national educational organizations. In educational organizations, the duties of human resources management are realized on a medium scale, consisting being informed. Civil organizations and vocational organizations related to staff policies are not informed about the educational developments continuously and accuretly. It is clear that there are efforts in educational organizations to make communication and being informed more efficient.

Eğitim örgütlerinde çalışan yöneticilerin, yönetimin bilgilendirme işlevinin görevleri ve engelleri hakkındaki görüşleri nelerdir? "sorusu araştırmanın problemini oluşturmuştur. Üniversite ve milli eğitim örgütlerinde çalışan yöneticilerin görüşlerine göre bilgilendirme işleviyle ilgili görevlerin gerçekleşme düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Eğitim örgütlerinde bilgilendirme kapsamındaki (İKY) görevleri "orta" düzeyde gerçekleştirilmektedir. Eğitimsel gelişmeler hakkında sivil kuruluşlar, meslek örgütleri personel politikaları ile ilgili tam ve sürekli bilgilendirilememektedir. Eğitim örgütlerinde iletişimi ve bilgilendirmeyi daha etkili hale getirme çabaları görülmektedir.
