Abstract
Vasovagal syncope is a situation of losing consciousness caused by a f all in blood pressure and heart rate. Situations like pain, stress, dehdyration, standing up f or a long time causes syncopes; however, even without any situation vazovagal syncope can be seen. In this case report, the approach f or the patient who had vasovagal syncope into preoperative evaluation and during the operation is described.
Özet
Vazovagal senkop, kan basıncında ve kalp hızında düşme sonucunda kısa süreli bilinç kaybı oluşması durumudur. Ağrı, stres, dehidratasyon, uzun süre ayakta kalma gibi durumlar çoğunlukla senkop oluşmasına neden olabileceği gibi herhangi bir tetikleyici f aktör olmadan da senkop görülebilir. Bu yazıda preoperatif değerlendirme sırasında ve operasyon esnasında vazovagal senkop geçiren hastaya yaklaşım anlatılmaktadır.
