Abstract
Two Marfan's syndrome cases; one of them suffering from bilateral subluxed lenses while the other suffering from lens luxation, retinal detachment, lathis degeneration, multiple retinal holes and high degree myopia undergoing operation under general anesthesia were presented.

Bu çalışmada; birinde bilateral sublukse lens, diğerinde ise sağ lens luksasyonu, retina dekolmanı, latis dejenerasyonu, multipl retina delikleri ve yüksek miyopi nedenleriyle genel anestezi altında operasyona alınan iki Marfan sendromlu olgu sunuldu.
