Abstract
In this study an investigation has been carried out for which manner and contents should be followed for the preparation of project, technical specification and contract in construction sector and the results of the investigation made about to establish the level of the application in Turkey are presented.

Bu çalışmada, inşaat sektöründe proje, teknik şartname ve sözleşmenin hangi şekil ve içerikte düzenlenmeleri gerektiği incelenmiş ve Türkiye'deki uygulanma düzeyinin saptanması amacıyla yapılan bir araştırmanın sonuçları sunulmuştur.
