A model suggestion on the analysis process of investment decisions in construction projects

Abstract
The aim of this study is to support the use of the feasibility studies based on scientific methods while taking investment decisions especially in construction sector. In order to achieve this, a feasibility study model that includes the specific characteristics of construction have been developed. The model has been validated by applying it to a construction project.
Özet
Bu çalışmada özellikle inşaat sektöründe yatırım kararları alınırken bilimsel yöntemlerle fizibilite etüdü yapılması alışkanlığının yaygınlaştırılmasına katkı sağlanması hedeflenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda yapı üretimine özgü koşulların göz önünde bulundurulduğu bir yapılabilirlik etüt çalışması modeli geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen model uygulama içinden gerçek bir inşaat projesine uygulanmıştır.
