An investigation on the parameters affecting the performance properties of the towels (terry clothes)

Abstract
In this experimental study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship between the performance properties of towels (terry clothes) and its some properties such as pile highness, weight per square-meter, type of softener and dyeing process. For this purpose, the selected towel samples were tested and the results obtained were analysed.
Özet
Bu çalışmada havlu kumaşların hav yüksekliği, gramaj, yumuşatıcı türü, renklendirme şekli gibi bazı parametrelerinin mamulün performans özelliklerine (yumuşaklık, hidrofilite ve boyut değişimi) olan etkisini belirlemek amacıyla numune havlular ile deneysel bir çalışma yürütülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilerek havluların fiziksel özellikleri ve üretim parametrelerinin havlu performansına olan etkisi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
