A General evaluation for structural building sector in Turkey: Osmaniye Example

Abstract

In this study, structural building sector in Turkey is evaluated considering improvements in this area and its contributions to economy of Turkey along with introduction of active structural buildings and materials. Moreover, having a big role in improvement in the structural building sector, some of government supports and its contains are also included. Fort this purpose, Osmaniye, a city of Turkey, is chosen for an application example and the improvement in structural building sector in Osmaniye is observed to be considerably poor. In this regard, some useful suggestions are presented for elevation of improvements in structural building sector.

Özet

Bu çalısmada Türkiye’de insaat sektörünün gelisimi, aktif yapı insaatları ve malzemelerinin tanıtımı ve ekonomiye olan katkıları değerlendirilmistir. Ayrıca insaat sektörünün gelisiminde önemli katkısı olan devlet tesvik tedbirleri ve içerikleri de değerlendirmeye dahil edilmistir. Bu amaçla, Osmaniye ili uygulama örneği olarak seçilmis ve Osmaniye ilinde insaat sektörünün gelismislik durumunuın oldukça düsük seviyelerde olduğu gözlenmistir. Đnsaat sektörünün gelistirilmesine yönelik çözüm önerileri sunulmustur.
