A New Document about the Smuggling from Kültepe

Abstract
The tablet covered in this study is from the archives of Uṣur-ša-İštar, one of the well-known merchants of the Assyrian Trade Colonies, and it belongs to a smuggling merchant. In the tablet, recorded by Usānum, a person who works for Uṣur-ša-İštar, a smuggler was mentioned. It is told that it was required to take precautions urgently and to be imprisoned if necessary.

Bu çalışmada ele alacağımız tablet Asur Ticaret Kolonileri Çağı’nın tanınmış tüccarlarından Uṣur-ša-İštar’ın arşivine ait olup kaçakçılık yapan bir tüccar ile ilgilidir. Uṣur-ša-İštar adına çalışan Usānum tarafından kaydedilen tablette kaçakçılık yapan bir şahıs için acilen tedbir alınması ve gerekirse hapse atılması istenmektedir.
