Surgical treatment of bilateral vocal cord paralysis

Abstract
Retrospective analysis of 61 patients, treated at the department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Hacettepe University Medical Faculty, with the diagnosis of bilateral vocal fold paralysis, was done, the etiological of the paralysis the types of surgical procudure and the outcome of the procedures were discussed.

Bilateral vokal kord paralizisi nedeniyle Hacettepe Üniversitesi Kulak-Burun-Boğaz ve Baş-Boyun Cerrahisi Ana bilim Dalında ameliyat edilen 61 hasta retrospektif olarak incelenmiştir. Bu hastaların bilateral vokal kord paralizisi nedenleri incelenmiş, uygulanan ameliyat çeşitleri ve bunlardan alınan sonuçlar tartışılmıştır.
