Abstract
Acoustic rhinometry is a relatively new technique to use for the objective assesment of the nasal airway. Acoustic rhinometry had been accepted and used widespread in a short period of time. Although it is a potentially useful method, acoustic rhinometry measurements can have significant errors. The measurements that had been done without knowing the possible errors, could be misinterpereted. In this manuscript; properties, principles of acoustic rhinometry and possible errors in mesurements and their causes were discussed.
