Reading of the same book in different ways by two scholars at two dissimilar stages of one state and the concept of circle of justice

Abstract
One of the aims of this article is to show that source of the circles of justice appearing in Amasîs Miratül-mülûk and Alâyî b. Muhibbîs Netîcetüs-sülûk fî nasîhatil-mülûk belongs to Gazzâlis Nasîhatül-mülûk , and to show that how Gazzâlî understood the concept of circle of justice. Another aim is to explain that how Amasî and Alâyî who lived in the dissimilar periods of Ottoman Empire prioritized different aspects of their primary source, Gazzâlîs Nasîhatül-mülûk due to the hardships of their time, and took credit for it.
Özet
Bu makalenin amaçlarından biri, Amasînin Miratül-mülûk ile Alâyî b. Muhibbînin Netîcetüs-sülûk fî Nasîhatil-mülûk unda geçtiği biçimiyle adalet dairesi ne ait kısa formun üçüncü türünün kaynağının İmam Gazzâlî (ö. 1111)nin Nasîhatül-mülûku olduğunu ve Gazzâlînin adalet dairesini nasıl ele aldığını göstermektir. Bir diğer amaç ise, Osmanlı Devletinin farklı dönemlerinde yaşamış olan Amasî ile Alâyînin, kendi dönemlerinin icbar ettiği meseleleri merkeze alarak, öncelikli meselelerinin farklılığı sebebiyle, her iki âlimin de aslî kaynağı olan Nasîhatül-mülûku nasıl farklı şekilde ele alarak kendilerine mâl ettiklerini göstermektir
