Nakşi-Ahrari, Yesevi and Kübrevi Sheiks Neglected in 16 th Century Ottoman Territory

Abstract

This investigation, a first presentation of Muhyî-i Gülşenî's (d. 1604) translation Reşehât that narrates the condition of Ahrarî sheiks in Ottoman era and this book's supplement Zeyl to the scientific community, consists of the assessment of the contents of these books, the transcription of the texts and a conclusion. Muhyî-i Gülşenî's translation Reşehât and the treatise Zencîr-i Zeheb that was supplemented as a preface are the original resources that illuminate the course of Ahrarî Nakşîbendism movement in Ottoman era from different aspects with an immediate point of view.

Özet

Bu araştırmada, ilk defa ilim kamuoyuna sunulan Muhyî-i Gülşenî'nin (Ö.1604) Ahrarî şeyhlerin Osmanlı dönemindeki vaziyetlerini ortaya koyan Reşehât tercümesi ile Zeyli'nin muhtevi olduğu malumat değerlendirilmiş; metnin çevirimyazısı verilmiş ve değerlendirilme yapılmıştır. Muhyî-i Gülşenî'nin Reşehât tercümesi ile eserin önüne ilâve edilen Zencîr-i Zeheb adlı risale, Ahrarî Nakşibendîlik cereyanının Osmanlı dönemini ilk elden ve birkaç veçheden aydınlatan orijinal bir kaynak özelliği taşır.
