Cumhuriyet Döneminde Türkçe Etrafında Oluşturulan Dil Tezlerinin Osmanlı Kökeni: Feraizcizade Mehmed Şakir'in Persenk Açıklaması

Abstract

During the early period of the republic, which the state monopoly were on the language, in the new and embracing thesises on Turkish language that had been defended by the state ideology and The Ottoman legacy has not found in the references of the theories of the linguistics. Although the republican elite desired The Ottoman legacy, that existed at the background of the republican institutions and ideological system, to be far away from the eyes, the influence of it is found in the republican revolutions, peculiarly at the ‘Language’. This study aimed to inoicate that the changes and innovations within turkish language revolution have been debated and practised before, even in the nineteenth century especially in the work of Feraizcizade Mehmed Şakir under title of Persenk Açıklaması.

Özet

Türkçe üzerinde yeni ve şaşırtıcı tezlerin resmî ideoloji tarafından savunulduğu ve dil üzerinde tasarrufların devlet eliyle yürütüldüğü Cumhuriyetin ilk devresinde, dilciler tarafından ortaya konulan görüşlerin referansları arasında Osmanlı mirası yer almaz. Cumhuriyetin gerek müesseseleri gerekse düşünce sisteminin arka planında var olan Osmanlı mirası, Cumhuriyetin devrimlerinin içinde, özellikle ‘dil’ merkezinde kendisini gösterir. Bu makale, Türk dil devrimiyle yapılan değişikliklerin ve yeniliklerin daha önce tartışılmış ve pratiği yapılmış yolduğunu Feraizcizade Mehmet Şakir’in Persenk Açıklaması çalışması ekseninde gösterme amacını gütmektedir.
