Abstract
Septoplasty is a procedure performed to correct deformities of the nasal septum. It is known that many complications occur after septal surgery. In this article, we report a 24-year-old female patient who was performed septoplasty. After the operation, the patient complained of double vision and vertigo. Examination of the right eye revealed evident upgaze limitation. Diplopia resolved spontaneously in 21 days without any sequel. The authors discussed the possible anatomical pathways that might explain this rare phenomenon.
