Abstract
A fifty-eight year-old man presented with complaints of recurrent swelling of the left eye and recurrent purulent discharge from a fistula on the left eyelid. Computed tomography scans showed bilateral ethmoidal and maxillary sinusitis and a large expansible mass that severely destructed adjacent osseous structures with smooth ero-sions of the bony walf/ extending into the left orbit. He underwent external frontoethmoidectomy. No recurrences were observed during a follow-up period of a year.
