Abstract
Congenital heart defects are the commonest major anomalies in newborn (8/1000). Transposition of the great arteries is observed in %5-8'de (0.26/1000) of the newborns with congenital heart defects. Hydrocephaly is defined as the diameter of lateral ventricles wider than 15mm. Additionally, in those cases the frequency of cardiac malformation is ranged %4.5-14.8. In this case report presents a pregnant woman at 21 gestation weeks referred for a fetus with hydrocephaly in whom a detailed ultrasonography revealed transposition of the great arteries.
