Abstract

In this research, we dealt with the section of fourth chapter of the book of Imam Mollah Husraw which includes the topics related to usul al-Fiqh and added a review. The book consists of questions and answers between Taftazani and his students and Mollah Husraw’s critics to them. Five copies were used during the investigation of the book including one which is in author’s handwriting. Due to its date and elaboration the author’s handwriting is selected as primary source and signified with ك. Studies that were quoted by the author were detected, verses and ahadith were shown. Non-famous individuals that were in the book were introduced, words and books that are in need of clarification were explained in footnotes and a bibliography was added for researchers who want to reach the sources. In the introduction section information related to the method of the study and the author is available.

Özet

Bu araştırmada, Molla Hüsrev'in Nakdu'l-Efkâr fî Reddi'l-Enzâr adlı eserinin dördüncü bölümünde Fıkıh usulü ile ilgili muhakeme ettiği konularla ilgili kısmın tahkiki yapılmış ve bir inceleme yazısı eklenmiştir. Eser et-Taftâzânî ve öğrencileri arasında geçen soru cevaplar ile Molla Hüsrev'in onlara yaptığı hakemliği içermektedir. Eserin tahkikinde, birisi müellif hattı olmak üzere toplam beş yazmadan faydalanılmıştır. Müellif nüshası en titiz ve en eski olduğundan esas alınmış ve ك remzi ile belirtilmiştir. Müellifin alıntı yaptığı eserlerin tespiti yapılmış, ayetler gösterilmiş ve hadisler tahriç edilmiştir. Eserde ismi geçen ve meşhur olmayan şahıslar tanıtılmış, açıklanması gereken kelimeler ve eserler dipnotta izah edilmiş, kaynaklara müracat etmek isteyen araştırmacılar için kaynakçaya yer verilmiştir. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın metodu ve yazar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
