Tuberculosis of the Gallbladder: A case report

Abstract
Tuberculosis of the gallbladder is very rare. It is mostly diagnosed during histological examination of the surgical specimen after cholecystectomy. Pathological examination of the cholecystectomy specimen of a 68yearold female patient showed moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma and tuberculosis of the gallbladder. She died from cardiac and respiratory failure 10 days after surgery.
Özet
Safra kesesi tüberkülozu oldukça nadir görülür. Tanısı, genellikle kolesistektomiden sonra histolojik değerlendirmeyle konulmaktadır. Altmış sekiz yaşındaki kadın hastanın kolesistektomiden sonra cerrahi örneğinin patolojik incelenmesinde orta derecede diferansiye adenokarsinom ve safra kesesi tüberkülozu saptandı. Hasta, ameliyattan 10 gün sonra kardiyak ve solunum yetmezliğinden yaşamını yitirdi.
