Abstract
Gossypiboma is a term used to describe a mass caused by forgotten surgical sponges within the body. We report a case of for-gotten surgical, sponge discovered incidentally two years after pyelolithotomy.

Gossipiboma, operasyon sonrası vücutta kalan cerrahi gazlı bezin oluşturduğu kitleyi tanımlamak için kullanılan bir terimdir. İki yıl önce geçirilmiş piyelolitotomi sırasında unutulmuş cerrahi gazlı bezin tesadüfen saptandığı olgu sunulmuştur.
