Özet

Bu çalışmada; esnek çalışma modellerinin, Türkiye ve Almanya'daki işletmelerde ne derece uygulama alanı bulduğu amştınknakta ve iki ülke işletmeleri, bu modelleri uygulama düzeyleri açısından karşılaştmlmaktadır. Çalışmamızın amacı, her iki ülke işletmelerinde esnek çalışma modellerinin ne düzeyde uygulandığını belirlemek ve ülkemiz işletmelerinin, bu konuda gelişmiş yasal düzenlemelere sahip olan ve uygulamada da önemli derecede yol katetmiş olan Almanya'daki işletmelere göre hangi noktada olduklarını ve eksikliklerim belirlemek, bu doğrultuda gerekli önlemlerin alınmasını sağlamaktır. Konuya ilişkin olarak CRANET^G Uluslararası Stratejik İnsan Kaynaklan Yönetimi Araştırması 2004-2005 verilerinden hareketle tasarlanan araştırmamız, söz konusu araştırmaya katılan 33 ülkeden Türkiye ve Almanya'daki yanıtlayıcı işletmeleri (toplam 518 işletmeyi) kapsamaktadır. Araştırmarmzın amaçları doğrultusunda geliştirilen 12 hipotez, ki^kare analizi aracılığıyla test edilmiş ve sonuç olarak iki ülke işletmelerinde 12 esnek çalışma' modelinin tamamının uygulama düzeylerinde farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu farklılık; iki ülkedeki yasal çerçeve doğrultusunda yorumianmayâ çalışılmış ve ülkemiz işletmelerine önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract

n this study, the extent of flexible working models in companies in Turkey and Germany is researched and the extent of these models in the two countries is compared. The aims of the study are to determine the use of these models in the two countries, to determine the requirements öf the companies in Turkey and to evaluate in which phase they can be compared to the companies in Germany as V country which has extensive experience in the application öf flexible working models and has comprehensive regulations related to these models. In this way it is also aimed to assist the Turkish companies to effectively use these models. The research, which is designed with the database of the CRANET-G International Strategic Human Resource Management Research 2004-2005, includes the companies in Turkey and Germany of the 33 participating countries (totally 518 companies). 12 hypotheses, which have been developed according to the aims of the research, are tested via chi-square analysis and it is determined that the extent of all the 12 flexible working models differ in the two countries. The differences are then evaluated due to the1 legal framework in the two countries and some suggestions are presented for the companies in Turkey.
