Abstract
Since Ahmed Pasa, it has been known that some of the Ottoman poets knew ofChagatai poets. As a result of the influence of the great Chagatai poet Ali Şir Nevayion Otoman Classical poetry some of the Ottoman poets wrote their poems in ChagataiTurkish. One of these 16th century Otoman Poets is Dukakinzade Ahmed Bey.
