Plasenta Perkreta: Histerektomiyle Sonianan Gebelik

Abstract

Abnormal placentation is increasingly comman which is defined as an pathological adherence of the placenta to the uterine wall which has a faulty or an abs e nt decidua basalis. P lacenta percreta represents placental invasion to the serosa and/or other pelvic structures. This elinical is the most serious placental implantation anomaly and causes high maternal morbidity and mortality rates. Antenatal diagnosis and surgical approach are very important for the management of this disease. W e present the case of diagnosis and management pregnant patient with placenta percreta for making s ome contribution to the literature.

Özet

Desidua bazalisin hasarı veya olmaması sonucu plasentanın uterus duvarına patolojik yapışması olarak tanımlanan anormal plasentasyonun görülme sıklığı son zamanlarda artmaktadır. Plasenta perkreta, serozaya ve/veya diğer pelvik yapılara plasental invazyon ile oluşur. Bu klinik tablo yüksek maternal mortalite ve morbiditeye yol açan en ciddi plasental implantasyon anomalisidir. Bu hastalığın yönetiminde antenatal tanı ve cerrahi yaklaşım çok önem arz eder. Plasenta perkretası mevcut olan bir gebenin, tanı ve yönetimini literatüre katkıda bulunmak için vaka olarak sunuyoruz.
