When we look at the world practice convincing general - passes, a standard policy analysis system application seems not to be . Existing policy analysis systems are either specific to a country or an international organization , or is specific to a sector education, health and so on. As an application example in this study has given place the USA because of being the origin of policy analysis , the UK because of the quality of the NAO reports , the Japan due to the prime ministry reform in recent years, the Finland due to a policy analysis unit under the Prime Minister’s Office and the Swedish due to set a good example the seperation of policymakers - policy practitioners; in the extent of the information gained

Dünya uygulamalarına bakıldığı zaman ikna edici genel-geçer, standart bir politika analiz sistemi uygulaması olmadığı görülmektedir. Mevcut politika analiz sistemleri ya belirli bir ülkeye özgüdür ya uluslararası bir kuruluşa özgüdür ya da eğitim, sağlık vb. belirli bir sahaya özgüdür. Uygulama örneği olarak bu bölümde, politika analizinin menşei olması hasebiyle Amerika, Sayıştay raporlarının kalitesi nedeniyle İngiltere, yapmış olduğu başbakanlık reformu sebebiyle Japonya, başbakanlığında bir politika analiz birimi olması sebebiyle Finlandiya ve politika yapıcılar-politika uygulayıcılar ayrımına iyi bir örnek teşkil etmesi sebebiyle İsveç ülke örneklerine ulaşılan bilgiler ölçüsünde yer verilmiştir
