THE IMPACTS OF NEOLIBERAL GLOBALIZATION ON TURKISH TAX POLICIES AFTER 1980

NEOLİBERAL KÜRESELLEŞME SÜRECİNİN 1980 SONRASI TÜRK VERGİ POLİTİKALARI ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Various policies applied in the neoliberal globalization process have caused changes in the functions of the states. The changes in the functions of the goverments were also reflected in the tax policies of the countries. In this study, the neoliberal globalization process and its effects will be mentioned first. Secondly, the changes in the functions of the goverments will be mentioned. In the following sections, the effects of globalization will be tried to be expressed economic and financial structure in Turkey in the post-1980. Finally, in this context, the changes that will take place in tax policies in Turkey after 1980 will be mentioned.

Özet

Neoliberal küreselleşme sürecinde uygulanan çeşitli politikalar, devletlerin işlevlerinde değişikliklere neden olmuştur. Devletlerin işlevlerinde görülen değişiklikler ülkelerin vergi politikalarına da yansımıştır. Bu çalışmada ilk olarak neoliberal küreselleşme sürecinden ve onun etkilerinden bahsedilecektir. İkinci olarak devletlerin işlevlerindeki değişimlere değinilecektir. İlerleyen bölümlerde küreselleşmenin etkilerinin Türkiye'de 1980 sonrasında iktisadi ve mali yapısına yansımaları ifade edilmeye çalışılacaktır. Son olarak bu bağlamda Türkiye'de 1980 sonrası vergi politikalarında meydana gelen değişimlere yer verilecektir.
