Ileal substitution in iatrojenik long segmental injury of ureter during inguinal hernioraphy

Abstract
It is unusual to final ureter is the inguinal hernia sac. This part of the ureter might be lacerated during the hernia repair. Different surgical techniques are used according anatomic localization of the ureter laceration. Approximately of the right 7 cm long part distal ureter was totally lacerated during hernia repair in our patient As isolated ileal segment was used instead of the lacerated ureter and ileo-vesical anastomosis was performed. In this article, surgical techniques of performing ileal substitution was discussed according to the literature.
Özet
Inguinal herni kesesi içinde üreter nadiren bulunur. Bu durumda iatrojenik üreter yaralanmaları oluşabilir. Üreter yaralanmalarının onanmı; yaralanmanın anatomik lokalizasyonuna göre değişir. Inguinal herni operasyonu sırasında distal üreterin 7 cm'lik bir kısmı rezeke edilen hastamıza, sağ üreter yerine uzun izole ileal segment ile üretero-ileo-vezikal anastomoz uygulandı. Bu makalede, üreterin ileal substitüsyonunun, operasyon tekniği ve özellikleri literatür eşliğinde tartışıldı.
