Germ cell testicular tumor with vena caval thrombus: A case report

Abstract
Germ cell testis tumors generally metastasize to retroperitoneal lymph nodes and these masses may invade aorta or vena cava to which they are very close. We have detected a vena caval thrombus in a 20 years old male patient with non-seminomatous germ cell tumor and retroperitoneal metastasis.
Özet
Germ hücreli testis tümörleri genellikle lenfatik yolla yayılım yaparlar. Retroperitoneal lenf nodu tutulumları büyük damarlarla olan yakın komşuluk nedeni ile zaman zaman vasküler invazyonlara neden olabilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda 20 yaşındaki non-seminomatöz germ hücreli testis tümörü olan bir erkek hastada retroperitoneal lenf nodu tutulumuna bağlı olarak gelişen bir vena kava invazyonu ve trombüsü sunulacaktır.
