Abstract
Introduction: Traumatic testicular dislocation is a clinical situation that commonly occurs after motorcycle accidents. A case of bilateral traumatic dislocation of the testes is reported, literature reviewed and discussed. Results: The patient applied to the emergency room because of a motorcycle accident. There were femur fracture and scrota! hematoma findings at the patient. Scrotal and lower abdominal ultrasonography were made and the testicular locations identified clearly. The blood flow of both testes was normal and there was no spermatic cord torsion in the color Doppler ultrasonography that was made at the same time. In our case we couldn't perform a closed reduction even in general anesthesia and bilateral surgical reduction was performed to the patient. Conclusions: In patients who have traumatic testicular dislocation, we have to interfere as soon as possible, to avoid from the pathologies that may occur on testicular tissue.
