Abstract

Introduction: Intrauterine devices (IÜD) have been used for contraception for many years. Uterine perforation and the migration of IUD to the bladder are rarely seen complications. We report a 27 years old woman with a migrated IUD into the bladder and a stone formation on the device.

Özet

Rahim içi araçlar (RIA) üzün yıllardır kontrasepsiyon amacıyla kullanılmaktadır. Uterusun perfore olması ve RIA'nıri mesaneye göçü ender görülen bir istenmeyen yan etkidir. Bu yazıda mesaneye göç etmiş RIA'sı olan ve cihaz üzerinde taş oluşmuş 27 yaşındaki bayan hastayı sunduk.
