Paraureteral and pararenal Castleman’s disease: a case report

Abstract
Introduction: Castleman’s disease is a rare disorder characterized by benign proliferation of lymphoid tissues. It usually occurs in the thoracic cavity, and is uncommon in the retroperitoneum. We present a rare case of Castleman’s disease with pararenal and paraureteral location.
Özet
Castleman’s hastalığı lenfoid dokuların benin proliferasyonu ile karakterize ender bir hastalıktır. Bu hastalık genellikle torasik kavitede ortaya çıkar ve retroperitoneumda enderdir. Biz pararenal ve paraüreteral yerleşimde ender bir Castleman’s hastalığı olgusunu sunduk.
