Ureteral tumor: Diagnosis with MR urography

Abstract
Primary ureteral tumors are 1% of all uroepitelial tumors relatively rare and usually diagnosed in the later stage when they caused renal function loss. We aim to present a case of ureteral tumor in which ultrasound showed hyronephrosis and ureteric dilatation, intravenous urography and computed tomography wasn't diagnostic and MR urography revealed the diagnosis of ureteral tumor.
Özet
Tüm üroepiteliyal tümörlerin %1'inden azını oluşturan primer üreter tümörleri genellikle geç dönemde, böbrekte fonksiyon kaybı oluşturduğu evrede tanınırlar. US ile böbrekte hidronefroz ve üreterde genişleme saptanan, İVP ve BT ile tanı konulamadığı halde MR ürografı ile tanısı konulan bir olgunun sunumu amaçlanmaktadır.
