Abstract
A 73 year old male patient with a diagnosis of hydroureteronephrosis and prostate cancer was presented. Due to the progress of hydronephrosis, localized ureteral excision and ureteroneocystostomy were done following endoscopic procedure. Pathological interpretation revealed that the urinary obstruction was secondary to a ureteral metastasis of the prostate cancer. Diagnosis and treatment of this rare case were discussed by literature guidance.
