Percutaneous nephrolithotomy in a child with horseshoe kidney

Abstract
Introduction: Horseshoe kidney is the most common renal fusion anomaly. Patients with horseshoe kidneys have a higher incidence of urinary tract infection, urinary calculi and hydronephrosis. In this report, we are presenting a 14 year old male patient with calculi on the left side of the horseshoe kidney that underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
Özet
Atnalı böbrek, böbrek füzyon bozukluklarının en sık görülenidir. Atnalı böbreği olan hastalar daha yüksek üriner enfeksiyon, taş ve hidronefroz insidansına sahiptirler. Bu olguda, atnalı böbrekte solda taşları olan 14 yaşında erkek hastada uyguladığımız perkütan nefrolitotomiyi sunuyoruz.
