Supernumerary kidney associated with horseshoe kidney: An unusual presentation

Abstract
Introduction: Supernumerary kidneys are extremely unusual entities in the literature. Supernumerary kidney associated with horseshoe kidney is even rarer and to the best of our knowledge, there are only four cases reported in the literature. The authors describe one more case of these extremely rare combined anomalies of the urinary tract.
Özet
Böbreğin sayı fazlalığı yayınlarda çok ender görülen bir doğumsal bozukluktur. Böbreğin sayı fazlalığının bir doğumsal yapışma bozukluğu olan atnalı böbrek ile birlikte görülmesi ise daha ender olup yayınlarda sadece dört olgu bildirilmiştir. Üriner sistemin çok ender görülen bu doğumsal bozukluklarının birlikteliğine bir olgu da biz sunuyoruz.
