Rupture of the renal pelvis due to ureteral stone

Abstract
Introduction: In this case, we report a 42 year-old female patient who had rupture of the renal pelvis caused by ureteral stone. Rupture of the renal pelvis is rare condition and is usually associated with urinary patology. The patient presented with severe left flank pain. Intravenous pyelography has revealed ureteral stone and rupture of the renal pelvis. Ureterorenoscopy was performed ureteral stone and conservative therapy was efficient for rupture of the renal pelvis.
Özet
Bu yazıda üreter taşına bağlı böbrek koliği nedeniyle böbrek pelvis rüptürü gelişen 42 yaşında bayan hasta tartışılmıştır. Böbrek pelvis rüptürü enderdir ve genelde altta yatan bir üriner patolojiye bağlıdır. Şiddetli sol yan ağrısı ile başvuran hastada çekilen intravenöz pyelografıde üreter alt uç taşı ve böbrek pelviste rüptür saptandı. Üreter taşı için üreterorenoskopik girişim uygulandı. Böbrek pelvis rüptürü için koruyucu tedavi yeterli oldu.
