Primary melanoma of the male urethra

Abstract
Primary melanomas of the genitourinary tract are rare and have poor prognoses. We report a case of a malignant melanoma in the urethra of a 63-year-old man. This case was regarded as a primary malignant melanoma of the urethra according to histopathological and immunohistochemical findings. Herein, the case is presented and the relevant literature is reviewed and discussed.
Özet
Erkek üretrasının malign melanomu çok nadir görülür ve prognozu kötüdür. Bu yazıda 63 yaşında bir erkek üretrası malign melanomu olgusu histopatolojik ve immünohistokimyasal bulgularla değerlendirilip sunul- muş ve literatür gözden geçirilerek tartışılmıştır.
