Abstract
Teacher has an important place in the life of every human being which is trained. Teaching profession which is an important and effective profession must be connected to a set of criteria. Besides the several criteria that teachers will pay attention to, intellect, morality, and justice should be considered as the criteria which cannot be ignored. This study draws attention to the importance of the teaching profession and focuses on the criteria that teachers should take into account.
Özet
Eğitilmiş her insanın hayatında öğretmenin önemli bir yeri vardır. Bu denli önemli ve etkili bir meslek olan öğretmenlik mesleğinin bir takım ölçütlere bağlanması gerekmektedir. Öğretmenin dikkat edeceği birçok ölçüt yanında, akıl, ahlak ve adalet de göz ardı edilmeyecek kriterler olarak kabul edilmelidir. Bu çalışmada öğretmenlik mesleğinin önemine dikkat çekilmekte ve öğretmenin dikkate alması gereken bazı kriterler üzerinde durulmaktadır.
