Özet
Çalışmamızın amacı, öğretmenlik eğitimlerinin ilk senesini tamamlamış fen bilgisi öğretmen adaylarının fakülteye gelmeden sahip olduğu çeşitli beklentilerin değişip değişmediğini tespit etmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda nitel bir durum çalışması olarak tasarladığımız çalışmamız İstanbul İli'nde bulunan bir devlet üniversitesinin eğitim fakültesinde eğitim gören 31 Fen Bilgisi Öğretmen adayları ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmamızın veri toplama aracı araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilmiş, 3 uzman görüşü alınarak şekillendirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı betimsel analiz yöntemlerinden içerik analizi yapılarak analiz edilmiştir. Öğretmen adaylarının beklentilerinin olabildiğince karşılanması hem daha nitelikli bir öğretmen yetiştirme programı oluşmasına, hem de geleceği yetiştiren öğretmenlerin mesleklerini daha coşkuyla yapmalarını sağlayacaktır.
Abstract
The aim of our study is, to identify wheter various expectations of preservice science teachers' who have completed the first year of teacher education before coming to faculty changed or not. For this purpose, we have designed our study as a case study and it is conducted in at the faculty of education of a state university which located in the province of Istanbul with 31 preservice science teachers. The research data collection tool shaped by three experts opinions. Data collection tool had four questions. Data collection tool was analyzed by content analysis which is a type of descriptive analysis. Meeting as much as with the expectations of preservice teachers provides more qualified teacher training programme and allows teachers to do their jobs more enthusiastically.
