Abstract

Spinal epidural air associated with spontaneous pneumothorax is a rare condition. There was a pneumothorax in the patient had no history. Pneumothorax was demostrated chest X-ray and thorax CT. Moreover, CT showed also spinal air. This finding was discussed with literature

Özet

Spinal epidural hava nadiren spontan pnömotoraks ile birlikte görülebilir. Daha önceden hiçbir şikayeti olmayan, akciğer radyografisi ve bilgisayarlı tomografi ile pnömotoraks tesbit edilen olgunun spinal epidural alandaki hava odakları dikkat çekti. Bilgisayarlı tomografi ile görüntülenen bu bulgu literatür bilgileri ile birlikte tartışıldı.
