Mammary cancer in males: Case report

Abstract
Between 1985 and 1998 three men with breast cancer were treated in our department, Physical examination and treatment results of these patients are presented. Follow up period was 13 years in one patient, more than two years in the other two patients. We preferred radical mastectomy in these three patients because of the small volume of the breast, and the close lacotion of the pectoral fascia in men.
Özet
Kliniğimize 1985-1998 yılan arası başvuran üç erkek meme kanseri olgusunun muayene bulguları ve tedavi sonuçları sunulmaktadır. Bir hasta 13 yıldan, diğer iki hasta iki yıldan fazla süre takip edildi. Meme hacminin az olması, pektoral fasyaya yakınlığını göz önüne alarak, erkek meme kanserinde radikal mstektomiyi tercih ettik.
