The gram negative bacteria those isolated from urinary tract infections and their susceptibility to various antibiotics

Üriner sistem infeksiyonlarından izole edilen gram negatif bakteriler ve değişik antibiyotiklere duyarlılıkları

Abstract

The Middle urinary cultures of the people who comes to a Private Labarotory in Nigde with diagnosis of urinary system infections were examined. The 264 gram negative of bacteria were defined with classical methods. The susceptibilityof the bacteria to various antibiotics which were defined are determined with Kirby-Bauer disc-diffusion method. E.coli was the most often isolated bacteria from cultures. It was found that the most effective antibiotics aganist the isolated strains were netilmycin and amicacin.

Özet

Nigde'de özel bir laboratuvara gelen üriner sistem infeksiyon ön tanili hastalarin orta idrar kültürleri incelendi. Izole edilen 264 Gram negatif bakterinin tanimlanmasi klasik yöntemlerle yapildi. Tanimlanan bakterilerin degisik antibiyotiklere duyarliliklari Kirby-Bauer disk difüzyon metodu ile belirlendi. Kültürlerden en sik E.coli izole edildi. Izole edilen suslara karsi en etkili antibiyotiklerin netilmisin ve amikasin oldugu saptandi.
